Welcome to the AoS.Health One Health AMR Surveillance Documentation Space.

The One Health Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Surveillance Platform is a suite of software tools configured to enable the electronic capture and reporting of AMR data.

To check out the DHIS2 AMR application, please visit the showcase site:

Built using open-source and license free software such as DHIS2 and OpenInterop, the AMR Surveillance Platform has been designed so that anyone can install the configured software tools. This documentation site describes the conceptual design, functionalities, and installation process for the various tools included in the AMR Surveillance Platform. On this site, you will find detailed descriptions and documentation of the components included in the AMR technology stack, as well as links to the maintained metadata packages.

The AoS Health AMR Surveillance Documentation Space includes:

  • A detailed description of the components included in the One Health AMR Surveillance System
  • User manuals for the installation, use and configuration of the DHIS2 AMR Surveillance metadata package
  • User manuals for the Global Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance System (GLASS) module
  • User manuals for OpenInterop, the included interoperability tool
  • User manuals for the Open Data Connector
