The One Health AMR repository consiste of a set of metadata packages, report generation scripts, interoperabliity mapping files, and support documents that allow countries to create a basic end-to-end (lab/patient systems to national-level analytics) cross-sector (animal, food, human, environment, drug use) Antimicrobial Resistance surveillance system based on a number of readily available open-source components.
